We just wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new kitchen, we absolutely love it! We waited such a long time to replace our kitchen so we knew that we wanted the best design team and a quality brand that could help us design our dream kitchen that will stand the test of time but worried that our budget would limit us to the high street kitchen company. However, a friend recommended Grid Thirteen who said that you can work with any budget but warned us once I came to the showroom you wouldn’t need to look anywhere else! My friend was right.
After meeting with Natalie I knew from the outset that with her knowledge and vision that I was going to get the perfect kitchen for our family. We didn’t have a pile of magazines with ideas circled, I just explained what type of cook I am (very messy), the type of gatherings we have and how we wanted a space to work as a hub for cooking, socialising, homework, chilling out and dining. Natalie and Rebecca presented us with two ideas both of which took us by surprise as it was using the space so more efficiently than we had imagined. The idea’s you came up with dramatically improved the way in which the space is used.
Design, planning and choosing our finishes was easy because the design team were so knowledgeable about the products and could answer any questions or queries we had. I trusted their design choices and the ideas for decoration to compliment the kitchen was spot on. The fitting was painless and went ahead without a hitch; the standard of fitting is another level! The quality of the kitchen speaks for itself and it didn’t take us long to get to grips with the 'techy' appliances – we love them.
We got the kitchen of our dreams and a kitchen that works like a dream. We have no hesitation in recommending Grid Thirteen to friends.
